30 Days Warranty

1. What is your Return Policy

• Easy return for exchange or refund within 30 days after delivery date. (Please keep in mind, that the items you wish to return need to be sent to us within 30 days after the delivery date.)
• Returns must be received in new condition; unworn, unwashed.
• Items returned with obvious use, animal hair, dander, deodorant, perfume, or similar product stains may be subject to denial.
• Items sold as sets must be returned with the correct sizes, as sold.
• Final Sale items cannot be returned for a refund or exchange. Items labeled with the final sale or purchased at a discount of 50% or more are final sale and therefore not eligible for return.
• Items purchased with the gift card (store credit) cannot be returned for a refund or exchange.

2. How do I make a return

If you have received a defective or damaged item, the wrong size or the wrong product, or the items don't fit you, please contact us at care@enfiis.com and return within 30 days of delivery. We will reply within 48 hours.

Please describe the issue in detail, including the return reason, along with your order number. Once the return request is approved, you can send back the item(s) to our return address. Please note that it would cost you a shipping fee for the return. 

For defective, incorrect or not-as-described items, please send us a clear picture or video of the problem.

3. What will the refund method for my return be?

Refunds are issued to your original payment method. Refunds cannot be returned to alternate cards or different forms of payment.

4. When will I be refunded?

A refund will be issued after your return has been processed, which may take up to 14 business days after your return is received at our warehouse.
